6. Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Refunds and replacements are only provided in cases of verified defects, damage, or errors caused by PAWKOI. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery with required photo and video evidence.
