Shipping Policy 

At PAWKOI, every product is made to order especially for you. This means your order goes into production after it is placed — please read below so you know exactly what to expect.

Production Time
Before your order ships, it needs to be produced. Our standard production time is 3–10 business days. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, production may take up to 14 business days. This is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time (after production)
Standard (US): 5–10 business days after dispatch
Expedited (US): 2–5 business days after dispatch

Total estimated delivery = production time + shipping time.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delays Beyond Our Control
Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. PAWKOI is not liable for delays that occur after an order has been handed to the shipping carrier. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PAWKOI is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@pawkoi.com — we can only make changes before production begins.
